Stowe, Vermont is a destination for all seasons, and our goal in designing the common areas and 30 guest accommodations was to embrace the outdoor pursuits that put this mountain town on the map. By incorporating faux fur, antlers, trail map art, bird wallpaper, and paper mache animal "heads," we were able to create functional spaces that are loungy and lux but cozy and nostalgic at the same time. After checking in at the front desk made of locally sourced reclaimed wood, guests are greeted by the highly textural lounge that features bright pops of orange, art by local Vermont artists, multiple seating areas built for prime conversation, and two roaring fireplaces. A heated pool, complete with mod cabanas, seating areas, a hot tub, and fire pit, is located at the heart of the property.
